10 years of HL7, NCPDP, X12 and Passion

 (Who we serve and how we have succeeded for our clients)

This year at Nexus Point Systems Integration, LLC, we are celebrating a decade of offering our services!  As a testament to our innovative solutions and dedication, some our oldest clients have been with us for the entire 10-year period, and some have used our proprietary technology stack for even longer.  In 2014, we acquired one of the best integration engine technologies available, ConnectMate® Engine.  That powerful and resilient technology platform, along with our expert services, have won the loyalty of our clients year after year. 

Over this period, our embedded, standards-based ConnectMate® Health Data Parsing Engine has been the game changer that has made processing of clinical and administrative data a snap for our clients.

Years ago, one of our clients was so impressed with the flexibility of our solution and the speed of our delivery that he was compelled to say “Get ConnectMate and Get Going…”  We adopted that slogan and, ever since, it has continued to drive us.

Our firm has always specialized in the delivery of unique, custom, and standards-based data streaming/messaging solutions such as:

1)      Integrating pharmacy benefit adjudicators with clearing houses like Relay Health to facilitate adjudication Rx events, in real time, using NCPDP and X12.

2)      Integrating hospital management systems with internal patient care systems and patient monitoring solutions using HL7.

3)      Integrating hospital information systems with other hospitals using HL7, such as when patients need to go to a different location for radiological services, lab work, etc.

4)      Integrating hospital information systems with external data processing partners using HL7, which includes billing and other providers.

5)      Providing our integration engine to other technology partners who have, for years, embedded our blazing fast technology into theirs.

 

In our 10th year, we are building and partnering to deliver AI into health information data streams to offer more capability to our clients in their quest to deliver exceptional patient care.  Our certified AI prompt engineers, AI delivery experts, software engineers and think tank innovators are hard at work building the next generation to allow doctors and nurses to have more information at their fingertips for accurate, detailed decision making at the point of care.  We are building and influencing interoperability methods that will go beyond current thinking to fully embrace the emergence of Generative AI in health data streaming. Our platform engineers are assembling repeatable practices for rapid delivery of AI models into the cloud and on-premises (where applicable), for secure, performant, and ethically minded deployments. 

 

At this point, we should probably consider adopting the slogan “Get Nexus Point S.I. and Get Going…”!

Furthermore, we know what it means to “Bootstrap a Business”.  We have been self-funded from our inception.  In this time, we have built trusted relationships with all our clients based on mutual respect and hard work.  How many completely strapped businesses, especially in our space, can say they have clients who have been loyal for nearly as long as their company has existed?  We can, and we are proud of it.  

 

In 2024, as we roll out new GenAI-enabled capabilities and services, we may entertain investment discussions.  For the moment though, we will focus on our passion for cost-effective and efficient delivery and the rock-solid performance of our solutions.
